If you paid with card, you need to contact me on telegram (if you haven’t already) to complete your order.
Card payments are non-automatic, crypto payments are automatic. If you paid in crypto, no more contact is needed. Thank you.
Your order is currently processing. This means we are either in the process of accepting your payment or waiting for confirmation of your cryptocurrency transaction.

If your order says “Shipped” it means your product has been shipped, there will be no more further updates from this page about your order.

We either could not process your order in a timely fashion or you have been blacklisted from our store and tried to make a new order.
“Do you give out tracking?”
Generally no, if something is wrong with your order we will send you the number but 7-14 days must have passed, the majority of orders arrive well before the 7 day limit so theres no need to give out tracking numbers (unless you buy early tracking)
“How long does it take for my order to be shipped?”
Usually 2-3 days
“its been over a week and my package has not arrived!!!”
Just… be patient. USPS is slow, very very fucking slow. I understand not having a tracking number to look at gives people anxiety, but if your order ends up seized or stolen we give you a full refund. Your never at risk of losing your money here, promise.
“When is the right time to be concerned?”
If we mark your order as shipped and its been over 10 days with no delivery, and you dont see anything on informed delivery. Please contact us on Potato & Telegram and we can help you as soon as possible.
Almost all orders that take over 10 days to arrive are stuck at a usps postal facility, and giving it more time almost always solves the issue.
BUT, there are times when we do miss to ship an order out, if we get 400 orders a week, we might accidentally miss to create a shipping label for one or two, please contact us and i can give you a full refund for the inconvince if that does happen to you.
BUT, you have to say something. If you dont get something and its been awhile, if you dont tell us you haven’t gotten it we assume everything is ok, so if you want to get what you paid for, SPEAK UP PLEASE!!
Dont just assume we scammed you if your order takes longer than 3 days to arrive. i hate when people think that, YOU ARE NEVER AT RISK OF LOSING YOUR MONEY HERE!
