REFUND POLICY

Our refund policy is very simple. On packages that take longer than 1 month, we offer a 20% return on our products even if it arrives.

On packages that never arrive or are seized, we offer a 50% refund or a full reship of your product (your choice). 

We cannot guarantee that every high risk package arrives due to the nature of the business (even though we have a 98% arrival rate) but rest assured every product is insured under our policy.
