REFUND POLICY
Our refund policy is very simple. On packages that take longer than 1 month, we offer a 20% return on our products even if it arrives.
On packages that never arrive or are seized, we offer a 50% refund or a full reship of your product (your choice).
We cannot guarantee that every high risk package arrives due to the nature of the business (even though we have a 98% arrival rate) but rest assured every product is insured under our policy
UPDATE – 2/8/2026
We will not reship extra product, or send you a refund unless you have substantial proof of your claim. For example, if you buy 3 carts, and only get 2, you must record yourself opening the package to recieve your missing product.
We have had multiple people lie and say they were “shorted” and we use to give reships & refunds out of good will. With the amount of people taking advantage of our generosity, that good will is gone.
If your product never arrives, and we check tracking and if it is stuck, we will reship and refund you, like always.
if your product arrives and you do not record an unboxing, there will be no reships or refunds if you happen to be “missing” anything as its impossible to provide substantial proof at that point as the product as already been tampered with.
Consistent and new customers don’t need to be scared, every order arrives perfectly fine and you dont neeed to worry about recording your package. These new “strict” regulations are for the people who constantly lie to get free items.
A picture of an empty bag does not qualify as proof, if you have no recording, you will get no compensation.
