DONT OVERDOSE

November 11th, 2025

Hello,

It dosent happen often but on rare occasions people tend to take more than they can handle & end up in the emergency room, even when given explicit instructions on what not to do

Like, we had a guy buy some xanax, and on the xanax page we say to never mix alcohol with xanax because its known to cause deadly reactions inside your body.

So the guy takes the xanax he bought & starts to feel tired. So to “wake himself up” he starts drinking vodka, his sister finds him face down on the floor 2 hours later.

He gets taken to the E.R and survives… but like, dude, why did you ignore the big red warning telling you not to do exactly what the fuck you did??

So I dunno, some people are a bit… slow, but i feel like its my moral responsibility to give a harm reduction guide so people dont badly hurt themselves. Its gonna get ignored by the majority of people, but you know what? Atleast I tried.

A LSD Harm Reduction Guide 🧩

LSD is actually a pretty safe drug, No one has ever overdosed on LSD (but this DOES NOT mean it is harmless… more on this later) but at high doses it can be very crazy.

The Pictures above me were taken this morning. My bestie bought a sheet of acid and it touched down. He took one tab in the hour & started shaking, seeing vivid creations, had an increased heart rate, and went to the hospital.

Now to someone who’s never had these effects, or is new to acid, all of this is actually pretty normal. Your brain is reacting to the rapid increase of serotonin and dosen’t know what to do.

But, there are certain signs that you probably should go to the hospital, below is a quick list of what to look for on your trip.

–Signs you Should Not Go To The Hospital–

-Shaking On The Come Up

-Disassocation from reality

-not be able to tell the difference between real life and the other side

-increased heart rate

-inability to sleep

–The inability to move your body

All of these effects, while sounding scary, are normal on high dosage trips. The trip should be alot more enjoyable once you get past the initial hour/reaction stage.

–Signs you SHOULD go to the hospital–

–Intense Suicidal Ideation

–Inability to restrain yourself (running in roads, jumping on top of cars)

–Any sort of blood loss (Ive never heard of this happening)

–Diving in and out of consciousness

–Self Harm of any kind

Most of the negative effects that can actually hurt you are purely mental. This is VERY IMPORTANT to understand and its why acid should never be taken in a stressful environment.

I would go as far as to say psychedelics should only be taken with people you trust, people in your circle you know wouldn’t leave you.

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BRING YOURSELF BACK TO REALITY, so having someone next to you to “ground” you back to earth is invaluable. This alone will prevent all of the negative effects associated with bad trips. If you do psyches alone your rolling the dice, that’s just the truth.

Most of the harm reduction comes before taking acid, not during. Very important to remember this.

IMPORTANT—

If your having a really bad trip for whatever reason and cant improve it take xanax, a 2MG bar will kill it almost immediately.

Alright, I don’t wanna see anymore e.r visits, you guys are gonna get me put under the fucking jail.
