All customer information is stored within our encrypted website until the 14th and 28th of every month.

We routinely wipe our customers data every 2 weeks of the month, during this time you are free to request a tracking number or an update of your order.

Keep in mind once your information is deleted from our servers we have no way of getting your tracking information since we cannot reference your order.
