If your package has not landed in 21 days, you have an URGENT inquiry, or you are moving, then tracking information may be given out. but im gonna be honest babe, you just gotta wait.

if your order is marked “shipped” it is in the box, we dropped it off, use informed delivery to see the packages coming to your house as a substitute.
